What is FD.SG?
FDSG is a digital flyer directory app that offers daily deals from different industries such as F&B, Tuition Centre, Recruitment, Retail, e-Commerce, Medical, Beauty and more. It gives an opportunity to every company or business owner to post their flyer online and as well as the user to get the best deals islandwide.
It encourages every company to reduce waste and produce and more environmental friendly flyer distribution method.
How to register?
Create your account using mobile app and desktop:
Mobile:
Download the Fd.sg app
Click Create an Account > Upload Photo > Fill Out the fields> Create An Account
or Sign up with your FB or G+ account
Desktop:
Go to fd.sg/register > Fill Out the Fields> Register
or Sign up with your FB or G+ account
How do I verify my email address?
An email will be sent to your registered email then click the link to verify.
I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?
On the login page, tap on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password. An email will be sent to you.
When already logged in but cannot remember or you want to change your password, kindly go to:
Mobile:
My Profile > Edit My Profile > Change Password
Desktop:
My Profile >My Account> Edit Profile > Setting > Change Password
Do note that passwords are required to have:
Your password must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase character, and one number
How to change the my profile details?
Mobile:
Under home button Me > My Profile > Edit My File
Desktop:
My Profile > Edit Profile
Can I delete my account?
If you wish to request to delete your account go to:
Mobile:
Homebutton ME > Edit Profile> Request to Deactivate Account
Desktop: My Profile >My Profile > Request to deactivate Account
Desktop: My Profile >My Profile > Request to deactivate Account
How to edit my cover photo and display photo?
Mobile: Under My Profile double tap the banner and upload you new banner
Web: Under My Profile> Edit Profile> Tap Banner > Change Cover Photo
Post a Flyer
How can I post my flyer?
Mobile:
To post a flyer in mobile tap the menu bar on the right side Icone > Post a Flyer > Fill Up the fields > Preview > Place Listing

Desktop:
To post a flyer on the website, under My Profile>Post Flyer > Fill out the fields> Place Listing
Save as draft if you wish to save it first before placing the listings
To see the preview click Save as Draft then preview
Wait for at least 30 mins to 1 hr for us to approve the listing during office hours.

I want to edit my listings
Mobile:
To manage your listing go to:
Menu bar > Manage Listing > Choose the listing you want to edit > Save
Website:
To manage your listing go to: My Account > Manage Listing > Choose the listing you want to edit > Save
Every changes on the listing will required approval. Your listing status will be pending and you have to wait for our 1-2 hrs to approved during office hours.
I want to insert videos on the my post
You can insert your video using the embedded url
How can I featured my flyer?
To featured your flyer or listing, you must be premium member
How many photos I can upload?
You can post up to 12 photos under the post a flyer and 2 additional photos unnder discription
How many listing post I can post?
There's no maximium number of listing you can post as long as you have valid flyer and promotion going on
How do I delete listing?
To delete your post go to Manage Listing > Delete
How can post voucher, spin and win & Survey?

How can I post comments?
You must be log in to your fd.sg account in desktop and go to Deals> Choose the the listing page you want to put comment
How can I post review?
You must be log in to your fd.sg account in desktop and go to Deals> Choose the the listing page you want to put comment > Click the stars for review
Getting Started (My-Work.info)
What is My-Work.info?
My-work.info is the job portal for the flyer distributors to check their assign job, job location, photo updates and payment status
I want to be distributor, how to register?
To be part time or full time distributor for Iken Marketing, you need sign up to my-work.info.
Mobile:
Download FDSG app in playstore or apple store.
Create account in FDSG if you not register yet > tap Menu Bar > Register as Distributor > Fill in the Fields > Save
Desktop:
Go to http://my-work.info/registration/
Fill out the form then Register
Please remember you user name.
We need your pay now number and front and back photo of your IC. For Privacy and Data Protection, you go here.
Why do I need to register to my mywork.info when I already registered to FD.SG?
Can I log in to FD.SG using mywork.info Log in information?
No, this is two different accounts with different log in information unless, yuo use the same log in details in both accounts

If I change the my details in mywork.info, will my details in fd.sg will be affected?
No, it won't affect your details, your fdsg account and mywork.info acount are two seprate account in just one application. Whatever your change in my-work.info will not reflect to your profile in fdsg
How to view my jobs?
Once you log in, go to My Jobs > Tap View on the job assigned to you
Can I cancel my jobs?
Once the job is assigned, you can't cancel it unless you call us directly.
How to take photos?
Taking photos is only for mobile app, tap view > click camera icon> Save > Send
How to refer a friend?
Tap "Icon" > Refer a Friend > Share
How to edit my profile
To edit your personal details, tap My profile > Edit Profile > Save
How can I get my payment?
If you have registered Pay Now account, we can transfer your payment via online within 24 hrs.
In order to settle your payment you must have Pay Now account so we can transfer the money via online within 24hr.
If you opt out with cash, please send your request and collect to our office after 1 working day
Take note:
You can request your payment once your job verified and photos are all submitted.
How to remove the my-work.info account
To delete your account, please contact and request for deactivation
